New Construction
Start fresh and create the home you’ve always envisioned. We’ll be your trusted representative, ensuring that every corner of the space reflects your style, wants, and needs. And we’ll take it all one step beyond.
Our team will collaborate with the builder and architect to create an intentional design plan for your interior and exterior finishes.
After our first meeting, we’ll align on a vision that will inspire a cohesive design plan—including a 3D Model, all specified finishes, CAD drawings (including tile coursing and cabinetry drawings), and a plan to ensure the build-out follows all specificed details.
INTERIOR FURNISHING
Within each space, it’s important to evaluate which existing elements should be kept while welcoming the opportunity to incorporate new pieces. Our goal is to create a stunning, refreshed flow. Whether it’s your current or new home, our team will sort through your thoughts and ideas to create a truly inspiring space.
We’ve spent over ten years developing long-standing partnerships with manufacturers to maximize the prices of vendor products and build relationships with local suppliers. Our Process
/ Discovery
Every new-client project starts with a discovery call—allowing both of us to learn more about each other and ultimately determine if we’re a good fit for your project. Next steps include a consultation, contract, and retainer to get the project started.
/ Design + Development
This stage is where the magic happens! Measurements, photos, rough quotes from our skilled tradesmen—followed by floor plans and renderings, sourcing of furnishings and materials, 3D renderings, and material samples so you can truly experience the design.
/ Implementation
When we manage the construction and installation phases of the project, we take everything off your hands. We’ll coordinate with the contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure you only have one source to go to when you have questions or comments —us. We’ll be your advocate throughout the entire process.
/ Closure
When the project is near completion, we’ll do a final walkthrough with you to note and address any deficiencies. After every item is closed out, we’ll provide you with a project binder and final invoice. We’ll also schedule our wonderful photographer to shoot your new space—including full styling. You’ll be able to purchase any of the décor items after the photoshoot is complete.
/ And Beyond
The end of a project doesn’t mean the end of our communication. If anything does arise after the completion of an executed design, we want to know so we can quickly resolve it.
